Bonjour à tous,
Depuis maintenant 3 ou 4 jours lorsque je lance mon pc celui-ci met un temps considérable à être opérationnel comparé à avant. Par exemple, lorsque tout le bureau est affiché et que les icônes système sont affichées, si je clique sur l’explorateur ou l’icône Firefox, les pages vont mettre 2 minutes avant de s’ouvrir alors que c’était quasi-instantané avant (idem pour la navigation dans les dossiers).
La seule modification que j’ai faite depuis le moment où il a commencé à ramer est une installation qui m’a apporté Deltatoolbar. Après une batterie de tests et de suppressions via notamment Malwarebyte’s, Spybot, CCleaner, AdwCleaner, une analyse via Junkware Removal Tool, un scan ZHPDiag et une suppression par Delfix, aucun changement notable n’apparaît au lancement. Mo pc met toujours autant de temps avant de devenir opérationnel.
Petite précision j’ai Kaspersky en antivirus et par moment un message s’affiche me signifiant que Kaspersky a été désactivé.J’ai remarqué aussi que ce problème arrivait lorsqu’un câble Ethernet est branché et qu’il n’arrivait pas lorsqu’il n’y en avait pas…
Je n’ai pas encore fait de restauration système ni de formatage de mon disque dur. Dois-je en arriver là?
Ou avez vous des idées pour m’aider à régler ce problème? (Peut-être que je suis devenu trop impatient au lancement??)

Peux tu faire un scan avec Hijackthis. Telecharge le ici: http://sourceforge.net/projects/hjt/
Installe HijackThis dans C:Program FilesTrend MicroHijackThis.
Redémarre en mode sans échec. (si tu as un virus, le virus ne demarre pas en mode sans echec)
Lance Hijackthis (double clic sur l’ icône HijackThis).
Clic sur “Do a system scan and save a logfile”. Fais un scan de ton système et crées une sauvegarde du resultat dans le bloc-notes.
Le bloc note s’ouvre avec le résumé de tes processus en cours. Sélectionne tout dans le bloc-notes et copies tout le contenu dans ta reponse.
Je verrai si il ya un truc qui cloche au demarrage.

Rien d’ anormal mais il y a quelques programmes inutiles au demarrage. Il faut desactiver tous les programmes et les services non Microsoft au demarrage de Windows. Voir ici comment: topic1024.html
Dans la liste des programmes au demarrage, tu desactive tout sauf Kaspersky. Tu desactives tous les services, n’ oublies pas de cocher la case (services Microsoft).Tu peux aussi desinstaller Spybot-S&D IE Protection, c’est un anti logiciel espion qui peut etre en conflit avec Kapersky.
AlienRespawn est superflu car Windows 7 a dejà un logiciel de sauvegarde inclu. Si il est en automatique, il peux parfois ralentir fortement Windows.
Pour voir si c’ est un probleme materiel, essayes de naviguer en mode sans echec avec prise en charge reseau. Est ce aussi lent ?

J’ai désactivé tous les services et les programmes comme tu me l’avais suggéré. Déjà je trouve qu’il va un peu plus vite. J’ai aussi désinstallé Spybot et ça ne saurait tarder pour AlienRespawn.
J’ai relancé mon ordinateur en mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau et là c’est beaucoup plus rapide. Il ne reste pas figé lorsque j’ouvre une page internet ou la navigation dans l’explorateur est fluide.
Ce serait donc un problème matériel?
edit: je viens de me rendre compte que je n’ai plus de son qui sort par les hauts-parleurs de mon ordinateur.

C ‘est certainement un programme ou une application qui ralenti ton PC. Continue ton nettoyage.

Non, tu ne perds pas tes documents. Peut etre quelques mises à jour ou programmes installés depuis cette date. Tu peux aussi annuler la restauration et revenir à la derniere date.

Je m’excuse, cela fait longtemps que je n’ai pas écrit car j’étais en voyage et je n’avais pas accès a internet.
Donc j ai lancé la restauration hier soir sur mon Pc via Alienrespawn et je l’ai laissé tourner jusqu’à maintenant. Tout se passait bien jusqu’à ce qu’il arrive à l’étape “En train de reinitialiser la sauvegarde systeme sélectionnée”
Depuis il reste bloqué à 1%… Peut-etre que c est normal vu que j’avais sélectionné bon nombre de fichiers mais je m’inquiète tout de même.Donc que dois-je faire? Attendre?

tu es sur que tu fais une restauration système à une date choisie? il ne faut pas restaurer une sauvegarde et encore moins reinitialiser le système.

Essayes d’ arrêter le PC en appuyant sur les touches CTRL ALT SUPPR. Puis arreter le PC. Si le probleme persiste, Appuies sur le bouton Reset du boitier. Windows 7 reparera Windows au prochain démarrage. Si non redémarre avec le CD d’installation Windows afin de le restaurer.

La restauration du système s’est bien passée seulement cela n’a rien change à mon premier problème…
Pour rappel: lorsque je lance mon ordinateur il fonctionne au ralentit. Par exemple il a besoin de 5-6minutes pour ouvrir l’explorateur mais alors impossible de naviguer dedans… Idem pour mozilla et les autres programmes.J ai remarqué que ce problème survient à chaque fois que mon ordinateur est relié à internet par un câble ethernet.
Avez vous des suggestions pour régler ce problème? (Je suis désole de vous déranger avec mes problèmes)

Petite rectification, les ralentissements sont aussi valables lorsqu’aucun câble Ethernet n’est branché…
Je viens de remarque que mon pc est ralentit temps que le réseau n’a rien détecté. Il devient opérationnel à partir du moment où je suis connecté au réseau local où lorsqu’il se rend compte qu’aucun réseau n’est disponible.
Si vous voyez une piste? Je vais essayer de mettre à jour les pilotes de ma carte réseau mais vu que je m’y connais pas trop on va voir ce que ça donne 🙂13 juillet 2013 à 9 h 51 min #18704TanisMembreBonjour à tous,
j’écris un nouveau message car j’ai réussi (du moins pour l’instant) à régler mon problème.
Je vous explique la démarche:
Je fait fonctionner mon pc sans la batterie.
Lorsqu’il est lent au démarrage il suffit de le débrancher du secteur et d’appuyer ensuite sur le bouton d’allumage pendant 30 secondes à 1 minute.Voila pour l’instant cette solution fonctionne même si c’est du bricolage…
J’hésite à appeler le SAV pour qu’ils m’envoient un technicien, que me conseillez-vous?Merci,
